Mica Heater:
DRAGONPOWER mica heaters are heater bands with mica insulation that are employed in the heating of the plastification cylinders of the plastic moulding machines, Dies, Drums, Tanks, Injection and Blow Moulding Machinery and Plastic Extruders . They can be used when the operational temperature does not exceed 280°C. Thanks to the most advanced technical solutions, to the selection of the most appropriate materials and to the severe quality control procedures.

- The diameter (mm) of heaters (inner diameter for external heating or external diameter for internal heating)
- Width of heaters
- Type, length and position of leads
- The position and size of the hole for connecting thermocouple OR of the incision.
- Voltage and power density
- One piece OR two piece
- Special gap between two pieces
- Content of the laser stamping on the sheath of heaters if needed
- Order quantity
- Delivery date
