Heating panel:
We manufacture a comprehensive range of high quality Mica / Aluminum / brass heating panel in flat, 'L' form, 'U' form or frame configurations which are all tailored to suit each individual customer's requirements.
All heaters are custom-made to include fixing holes, Thermocouple holes, eyebolt holes and cutouts. Threaded bridges to accommodate Thermocouples can also be included. All voltage combinations including 3 phase can be manufactured.
Numerous termination options such as terminal boxes, 2 pin or 3 pin sockets and flying leads can be fitted.
In addition Mica versions can be supplied with separate re-useable clamp plates in both flat & frame constructions. Brass liners & insulating cloths can be included to ensure that they are constructed to the same specification as original tooling heaters.

- The diameter (mm) of heaters (inner diameter for external heating or external diameter for internal heating)
- Width of heaters
- Type, length and position of leads
- The position and size of the hole for connecting thermocouple OR of the incision.
- Voltage and power density
- Content of the laser stamping on the sheath of heaters if needed
- Order quantity
- Delivery date
