The material we used and our quality control:
Resistance wire of our cartridge and tubular heating elements: The standard nickel chromium wire is computer calculated for gauge, length and spacing, wound on a supporting core and precisely centered to guarantee uniform temperatures and long life.
Sheath of our cartridge and tubular heating elements: SS304;SS316,SS321,NICOLOY800 etc
Insulation of our cartridge and tubular heating elements: We use only high purity agnesium oxide (MgO), compacted to a carefully predetermined and closely monitored density. This assures high dielectric strength and fast heat transfer.
Lead wire of our cartridge and tubular heating elements: Watlow purchases high temperature, flexible and fray-resistant wire available from certified suppliers.

The tubular heaters are mainly used in aerospace, petrochemical, rubber and plastic industries, and the like. It can be used to heat still or flowing air, water, oil, nitrate, alkali and other kinds of liquid. It can also be used to melt light metal or to heat metal moulds. It has advantages such as simple structure, long lifetime, and high thermal efficiency, reliable and safe operation and so on.

Coil / spring / hot runner heater:
Application:
Coil heaters are made of nickel chrome resistance wire placed inside chrome nickel steel tube filled with MgO powder and compacted for faster and efficient heat transfer. The heaters are annealed to acquire malleability for bending into any shape. Hot runner heaters with built in thermocouple are also available.

Infrared ceramic heater:
Radiant heater parts use conductor containing more than 95% silicon and quartz glass hich can resist 1800°C as main material. They create infrared radiation after chemical reaction. The spiral Cr20Ni80 resistance wire is cast into the conductor. With its advantages in thermal efficiency, radiation, safety and energy conservation, ceramic infrared heaters are widely used in plastics, chemicals, light industrial, electronic, pharmaceutical, food and other industries. It’s mainly used for vacuum forming, curing paint drying, bakery, medicine dehydration, and medical care.
