JLF Series Hoisting Mechanism

The products are independently developed and manufactured by our company via absorbing international and domestic advanced technologies. National patented products: Patent Ⅰ: ZL2009 2 0243653.7, Hoisting Mechanism of Tower Crane PatentⅡ: ZL2010 2 0226428.5, Combined-type Winding Drum Used in Winch JLF series products adopt the structural style of variable frequency motor+S-NGW reducer + winding drum. S-NGW reducer is employed for the first time in China with the precision of all gears (through grinding processing) up to over 6 level and features of less noise, compact structure, light weight and convenient maintenance. Winding drum of major diameter and Lebus grooves is adopted with good rope-arranging performance to increase wirerope’s service life. Due to stepless speed regulation and steady operation, it reduces the impact on the components and mechanisms of the tower crane and achieves the slow position with toward zero speed which is convenient to precise hoisting. It can simultaneously meet the requirement of higher hoisting and lower falling speed. Frequency converter, with sound protective functions, can realize stable, safe and reliable operation. Due to very low starting current and low energy consumption, it’s applicable to building construction, precise hoisting and other construction sites.
