1)Can I use this Machine for 2pt and 3pt rule bending?
Yes, Machine along with two bending heads, one for 2pt blades bending, another headsfor 3pt blades bending, you just need to exchange the head will be ok, and it is easy, just release and tighten 4 screws. .
2) If I want to use this machine to bend 4pt blades, is it possible ?
The answer is yes, but you have to talk with us before you order, we need to customized the machine for you.
3)Can I use this machine for Rotary dies making ?
This machine is design for Flat dies, for rotary dies please write to us for another machine.
4)how much total power of the whole machine ?
It will be around 2KW.
5)How much air pressure for the Machine ?
0.8MPA will be ok, we use Motor to press the mould for cutting, lipping and Notching, More powerful!
6) What will be the consumable parts of this machine ?
A.Bending Heads.
B.Lipping, Notching, Cutting Mould
7) Do you have engineer for local installation in my factory ?
Yes, we will send engineer to your for installation and training if you carrie round trip air tickets and accommodation fee, free training in our factory.
