Overview
ENC-3184 is a 8-channel SD encoder which complies with low bit rate performance requirements. It can
perform SD H.264/MPEG-2 compression encoding for up to eight channels of analog input A/V signals simultaneously, and then output the signals through ASI/IP interface after multiplexing, with higher quality of coding image and rate.

l Video output bit rate range: 0.25~5.5Mbps(H.264)
l Video output bit rate range: 0.5~5.5Mbps(MPEG-2)
l Support VBR/CBR video encoding
l Video aspect ratio support: 4:3, 16:9, 1:1
l Support 8 channels of H.264 encoding with multiple resolutions:
PAL: 720*576/704*576/640*576/544*576/352*576@50Hz
NTSC: 720*480/704*480/640*480/544*480/352*480@60Hz
l Support MEPG-1 L2 or AAC audio encode format.
l MPEG-1 L2 audio sampling support: 192Kbps,224Kbps,256Kbps,320Kbps,384Kbps.
l AAC audio sampling support: 96Kbps, 112Kbps, 128Kbps, 160Kbps, 192Kbps, 224Kbps, 256Kbps, 320Kbps, 384Kbps.
l Support audio sample rate: 32KHz, 44.1KHz, 48KHz
l System output data rate range: 2~60Mbps
l IP output TS is in the form of UDP packet, support MPTS/SPTS mode; when "MPTS mode" is selected for output mode, IP and ASI can output TS simultaneously; when “SPTS” is selected for output mode, only IP can output TS, and the ASI output TS cannot be used properly.
l Support up to 8 sets of single channel output in SPTS mode.
l Support main/backup IP output, and IP data can output to 2 physical ports simultaneously.
l Support the auto-padding of empty data packets and the constancy of output bit rate.
l LCD-display front panel, to real-time monitor & configure the system status and parameter locally.
l Web-based remote management and control
