Usage

2, Untie cotton thread and pull it straight.
3,soacked in the cold water for about 15 minutes.
4, Lie flat on the bed, Put fingertip on thumb ,Relax when putting, open labia softly with one hand when slowly ex-hale, the pellet is slowly pushed into vagina by forefinger with fingertip.
5, putting the pellet into the vagina about7cm,if the position of the pellet is correct, you will not feel the pellet inside vagina, after pellet is in the position, the end of cotton thread shall be left outside of vagina hole, the pellet shall be taken out after 24 hours from inside vagina for replace.
Warning:
1. Do not use tampons 7 days before the onset of menstruation and wait at least 3 days after your last day of menstruation before using a tampon
2. Do not use tampons during menstruation, pregnant or virgin, allergic to any ingredients of the tampon (see the ingredient listing above)
3. You may soak the tampon in a glass of water and use the liquid for douching.
