1.We developed and improved the heating sytem according to client’s feedback, power consummation reduced 50% compared to old type,any position can be heated evenly. This structure only occupy small space.
2.Dual work stations. Each part can work independently.
3.The man-machine interface and PLC program control. Simple operation.precise control and greatly improve the yield of the product.
4.According the layer no.of glass you want to process, you can set heating time.
5.Warm-keeping systerm. 8-10cm thick insulation layer and seamless welding makes best performance of warm-keeping. It will save you 10% electric consumption than normal type. The interlayer film is enviromental friendly, it also makes the equipment much durable.
6.Good quality electrical accessories can ensure long service lifetime and low failure rate.
7.The equipment is controlled by PLC system.The temperature and time can be adjusted randomly according to glass thickness.Digital control makes sure over 99% production yield. All the program could be completed automatically.
8.The vacuum pump system has a conserve device,which could avoid the vacuum pump long term work,and also could extend its service life.
9.Unique lifting system,could finish the work conveniently and safely.
