1. Device Description
KBB swing door operator is a kind of intelligent swing door Operator, during the running time, the microprocessor measure the door’s current position, speed and final position, after accurate calculation, then could get the most suitable movement method to control the moving path of each door. This could prevent the well-known problems of terminal point stop, emergency braking and sluggish speed etc. According to the door width, when power off, it could set spring tensile force of pulling open, and limited redundant force control could also increase safety level.
2. Intended use
KBB swing door Operator is specially designed for the ordinary swing door control system installed in the drying room, could be only installed in the internal of the building. Any different from the purpose and beyond the purpose of this application, could not be recommended. Expected intended use also including comply with the operating conditions which the manufacturers special required such as: Use and configure the correct arm-link type, make proper maintenance and repair.
3. Security Features
A. Reverse Kinetic energy. KBB swing door operator possesses the Reverse Kinetic energy ,the door could be open as power failure, it functions as manual swing door. Door can be closed at ease and opened with energy stored in spring, movement damper from motor works as generator.
B. Collision detection. When something blocks the door’s openning, the door stops immediately. Drive system tries to get to open position during buffering period. When buffering period finish, door closes. When door opens next time, it moves slowly until previous block position to avoid collision.
C. Reopen as block. Door reopens when it is blocked in closing process.

Three modes could be set with the help of three-way switch in the side cover .
Manual operation
Operator shall function as a manual door closer in the direction of swing with or without electric power.
Automatic operation
Works as automatic swing door operator.
Hold open
Door will open and stay open. If door is blocked in opening process in the following second KP1000 tries to move the door to opening position. If block remains, currently position will be taken as hold open position.
