Scope of application:
This machine is with multi-functions like engraving, cutting, milling, drilling, etc.Engraving and cutting, engrave on marble, granite, tombstone, jade and other stone material, also, glass, plastic, acrylic, metal and other non-metal material.
Features of the machine:
1. adopts 4.5 kw water-cooling spindle with very good performance , fit for long time producing in the processing line and easy maintain, fit for long time producing in the processing line and easy maintain. And the sprinkler can cool down the tool and work pieces effectively.
2.high performance transducer, high frequency electronic anti-jamming system.
3.The whole lathe is thickening steel structure,scientific welded, u pright and support plate, all using cast process that ensures the high stability.
4.The gantry structure, Y axis uses dual-motor dual-driven system, X, Y axis all use 25 mm Taiwan HIWIN dual-straight rail that make the machine driving smoothly with high-precision.
5.450B big torque stepper motors and Leadshine driver
6 . Use Ncstudio controll system,good compatibility, compatible type3 /artcam /Castmate /artcut/CAD /CAM and other design software. Can control the completion of multi-dimensional 3Dprocessing, and can do fast, smooth, 3d processing, carving and cutting.
7.Aluminium table with the water channel;
8.X.Y axes are especially produced by complete dust-prevent setup to ensure the rails and gears from damaged by the dust that produced while working and to-lengthen life of the parts.
9.the Z axis adopts Taiwan TBI original coarse pitch precise rubbing screw rod, Feed materials height is 200 mm;
10.Equipped with standard America industrial aviation plugs links, soft metal cable sheath .
12.The cable lines adopt imported high soft shielding machine cable reciprocating motion can reach 12 million times.
