Working Principle and Applications

       This series of machines are the kind of impact rotor type crushers with ring hammers on the rotor. First the materials entered into the crushing chamber are crushed by the impact force of ring hammers rotating at high speed, meanwhile, the crushed materials obtain kinetic energy from ring hammers and rush at the crushing plate at high speed, thus receiving the second crushing and fall on the sieve plate, then the materials are further crushed by the shearing, pressing, grinding of ring hammers and the mutual action between materials. Finally, the materials are discharged from the screen holes. The impurities which can’t be crushed enter into the metal collector and then are cleared away periodically. This series of crushers are suitable for crushing various of brittle materials like coal, gangue, coke, slag, shale and loose limestone etc.. The crushing strength of materials doesn’t exceed 10MPa and the moisture content in the surface shouldn’t be greater than 8%.
