Features:

     They simplify the production system, save the construction investment. They can be used to crush high-strength and high abrasive materials with big crushing ratio. The wearing parts have the high utilization rate and long service life.

Structural features:

1. The board hammer is made of high wear-resistant alloy, and can crush high abrasive large ore. It can be used at turn-over or upside down based on its shape, so its utilization rate can reach about 36%.
2. The impact plate with adjusting device can compensate its own wear. And the service life can be doubled by upside down use.
3. The feed chute can be adjusted to prevent the unqualified size material from being fed.
4. All housing parts contacting with materials are protected by liner. The liner can be assembled and disassembled fast and has the function of being used at multi-direction by adjustment.
5. The hit and teeth plates are made of wear-resistant alloy, and have large broken section to crush the high abrasive materials.
6. The crushing plate has the buffering and adjusting device at its rear.
