Safety & Maintenance

  1. Before the stacker used, completely inspect such aspects as the fixing of battery contact, electricity consumption, flexibility of rotation and leakage of hydraulic station and the electrical connection, etc.
  2. Load the goods in accordance with rated weight of stacker, which is indicated on rated load curve. When the gravity of goods exceeds designed load central distance, reduce the lifting weight according the specified quota. Refer to Fig 2 and technical characteristics and parameter on page 1.
  3. Strictly forbid the super partiality porterage to picks to carry with the single fork, take strict precautions against to turn over the car trouble occurrence. The movable goods fork must guarantee at symmetry position in slippery the center on the poie, then can be in use, will make to turn over the car trouble otherwise.
  4. When operates, person is strictly prohibited standing on fork or on main body.
  5. Carry out maintenance after each shift, including clean the dirty, inspection the fixing of each parts as well as the lubrication of moving parts.
  6. Level 1 maintenance of stacker is made one month later, including daily maintenance, check the work of motor oil pump and oil cylinder, lifting speed and whether there are vibration and blocking situation, if there are abnormal, find out solution timely.
  7. Level 2 maintenance of stacker is made hale year later. Besides the above mentioned items. It is need to replace new hydraulic oil, replace worn sealing parts, lubricate the chain and sliding wheel, regulate the fixing and inspection electrical element, check and see whether the electricity meter and key switch are normal or not. Replace the new one if it is damaged.
  8. Clean off the dirty of chain, chain wheel, rolling wheel and sliding wheel on such parts as moving, rotation and lifting sliding positions, add new oil and lubricate them all the time.
