1. Product Description / Application:
Copper pipe manifold for floor heating system with ball valve
For distribution and regulation of the volume of the various heating circuits in low temperature heating and cooling systems (e.g. floor or wall heating).
- Manifold is made up of the precision matched components with flat-seal connections
- Volume control carries out using a square venting key on the control valve
- Adjusted flow can be read off directly by the flow meter with integrated shut-off device

2.1 Heating circuit manifold
Material:
- Made of Brass pipe Hpb 59-1, Copper and copper alloys - Plate, sheet, strip and circles for general purposes]
- All valve inserts and connecting fitting completely nickel-plated or brass nature color
Description and dimension:
- Supply (above) and return (below) bars 1”.
- Distance between heating circuits 48mm
- Distance between supply- and return bars 200mm
- Quantity of heating circuits: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12
In the manufacturing process of the manifold incl. all components a pressure as well as a function test have to be performed.
Technical data:
Maual adjustable caps which can be replaced by actuators.
Equipped with viewable digital manifold gauge.
- Max. operating temperature: 100 °C(212℉)
- Min. operating temperature: -20 °C(-4℉)
- Max. operating pressure: 6 bar
- Max. test pressure (24 h, < 30 °C): 10 bar
- Flow ranges of the flow meter: 0 - 5 l/min
