Product Application
It is used in coal mine or underground where exists methane compound gases and dangerous explosive gases. The power supply line and equipment are controlled, protected and measured in the three phase AC non-ground neutral system or arc-suppression-coil-ground power supply system whose rated frequency is 50Hz, rated voltage is 10KV and 6KV and rated current is not more than 1250A. This device can meet the demands of using electricity, feed, connection, inter-coupled, etc.
Main Features
1) The easy-open structure, draw-out core, with compact structure and easy maintenance. This device sets self-contained secondary wiring chamber, which is easy to wire and meet users’ multi-wiring demands for we have various external wiring terminal.
2)The height of inter-coupled is 760mm,is 2/3 that of high voltage explosion protection product, making full use of substation’s space, and greatly reducing the engineering cost of the substation.

4) Using micro-computer integrated monitoring devices, and full Chinese back light LCD; Menu-drive operating can display abundant information; Friendly interface, equipped with man-machine interface keyboard, can achieve the protection of fixed value modification and other operation.
5) This device can make real-time measurement and display of the three-phase voltage, current, zero sequence voltage, zero sequence current, active power, reactive power, power factor and so on. And also display equipment failure type, failure parameter, failure time, and have functions of failure memory and query.
6) With overload, short-circuit, leakage, over-voltage, under-voltage, insulation monitoring, and other protection functions.
7) Can choose the protector with the function of anti-override trip, when the level switch is in short-circuit and trip, in the meantime, output blocking order to protect superior switch and prevent override trip caused by short-circuit so as to void large scale blackout accident.
8) Optional fault recorder function, analysis on the fault reason of voltage and current waveforms recorded before and after the fault; When occurs fault, enter into protection menu for information query.
9) It is provided with a reliable mechanical locking, electric lock, emergency tripping device to ensure safety and reliability.
10) Allocation standard RS485 communication interface, configuration in KJ254 mine Power monitoring where the installation of automated distribution system to achieve telemetry, remote control, remote communication, remote adjustment and, etc. Also have the functions of opening and closing remotely, and remote meter reading to guarantee unattended substation’s normal operation.
