Mining Explosion-proof &Intrinsically Safe AC Frequency Inverter

Purpose

 It is a high technology product assembling vacuum magnetic starter, digital frequency

converting speed adjustment device and related cooling technology. It is used to

control the soft start, soft stop and speed adjustment during operation of asynchronous

motor of AC frequency 50HZ,rated voltage 660V or 1140V,with the good features of

starting current small, starting speed stable, starting time adjustable, impact on grid

small, starting performance reliable, especially with starting curves ”S” and linear.

The curves are optional according to the accurate working status, only to reduce the

dynamic tension on equipment during the starting. If used with bell conveyor ,it is

possible to decrease the belt strength requirement of conveyor, dropping the initial

investment, meanwhile, extending the usage life of conveyor. When the frequency

convertor works on line, it is possible to adjust the power voltage and frequency of

motor according to the load of motor, only to achieve the expected torque and energy

saving.

 This product is mainly used to control the soft start, soft stop and operation process of

transportation equipment at the places of coal mine well, open-air mine, port wharf,

coal preparation plant, power generating factory.
