The Navector high-frequency sieve is the machine which of high efficiency, small oscillation amplitude but high screening frequency, low noise.  There is a different working principle compared with ordinary screening devices. Because of high frequency, it is able to destroy the  tension of pulp surface, make small grain materials vibrate at high speed on screen surface, able  to accelerate the separation of heavy organic minerals, increase the probability of material that contact with screen hole. Thus this unique characteristic create better separating condition make the material pass the screen hole easily, especially the large proportion of grain and slurry.

1. What the machine does?

Separate solids from liquids or segregate dry materials into various sizes.

2. How it works?

Vibration is accomplished by eccentric weights on the upper and lower ends of the motion-generator shaft. and The angle of lead given the lower weight with relation to the upper weight provides variable control of the spiral screening pattern.

3. Are there any self-cleaning devices on the sieving machine?

Yes, Bouncing/jumping ball or Ultrasonic system could be installed.

4. How many kinds of material are supported?
