Brief
CLZ series pit type electric vacuum heat treatment furnace is energy-saving and high precision temperature control heat treatment furnace, using the following heat treatment process, bright non-oxidation and no decarburization annealing and tempering under protective atmosphere.
Application field
Mainly used for carbon steel, alloy steel, non-ferrous metal parts, plate, strip and wire material for annealing, bright non-oxidation and no decarburization annealing and tempering under protective atmosphere, especially suitable for red copper and brass alloy materials.
Structure
This pit type electric vacuum heat treatment furnace is mainly composed of furnace body, heating device, stainless steel muffle tank, the furnace cover and furnace cover lifting mechanism, vacuum sealing motor, electrical control system and protective atmosphere device.
Advantages
Using the protective atmosphere, ensure that the workpiece no oxidation, no decarburization in the process of heat treatment.
