Well type furnace
Brief
Well type furnace is energy-saving and high precision temperature control heat treatment furnace, using the following heat treatment process, bright non-oxidation and no decarburization annealing and tempering under protective atmosphere.
Application field
Well type furnace is mainly used for carbon steel, alloy steel, non-ferrous metal parts, plate, strip and wire material for annealing, bright non-oxidation and no decarburization annealing and tempering under protective atmosphere, especially suitable for red copper and brass alloy materials.
Structure
Well type furnace consist of furnace body, heating device, stainless steel muffle tank, the furnace cover and furnace cover lifting mechanism, vacuum sealing motor, electrical control system and protective atmosphere device.
Advantages
Using the protective atmosphere, ensure that the workpiece no oxidation, no decarburization in the process of heat treatment.
