High efficiency metal hardening furnace  

Brief

RQ3 series pit type metal hardening furnace is new type and energy-saving batch type furnace,working temperature is 950℃,using the following heat treatment,carburizing, nitriding and carbonitriding, the workpiece is vertically loaded in furnace tank for heating,not easy to deformation. Pit type furnace is usually placed under the ground plane in the workshop, also is placed above the ground plane, or ground level fluctuation in each half.

 

Application field

This pit type metal hardening furnace is mainly used for rod and long axis steel mechanical parts.

 

Structure

This pit type metal hardening furnace is composed of furnace shell, furnace lining, heating device, muffle tank, loading frame, the furnace cover, and furnace cover lifting mechanism.,etc. Furnace body is cylindrical deep well.

 

Advantages

1.The workpiece is vertically loaded in furnace tank for heating,not easy to deformation;

2.Good sealing, easy operation and maintain, long working service life.

3.Using advanced protective atmosphere control system, including carbon control instrument and oxygen probe, ensure that the workpiece carbonitriding layer uniform and high precision.
