Sealed chamber multi-purpose quenching and tempering furnace
Brief
This sealed chamber multi-purpose quenching and tempering furnace is batch type heat treatment furnace production line, is designed and manufactured by the introduction of AICHELIN technology, mainly used for gear and auto parts high precision components of single varieties for quenching and carburizing, nitriding and carbonitriding under protective atmosphere.
Structure
This sealed chamber multi-purpose quenching and tempering furnace heat treatment production line mainly consist of heating furnace (quenching furnace or carburizing furnace), high temperature tempering furnace,low temperature tempering furnace, double liquid and double tank washing machine, atmosphere adding system, loading and unloading trolley and electrical control system,etc.
Advantages
1.Can be used for quenching, tempering, carburizing, nitriding and carbonnitrding under protective atmosphere, one furnace with multifunction, save the investment cost.
2.Using MP277 touching LCD screen operation, full automatic operation, easy and convenient, the whole production line USES a remote control, high degree of automation, low labor intensity.
3.The front vestibule door of the main furnace compressed by double cylinder, safety and good sealing performance.
4.Filling the protective atmosphere during heat treatment, ensure the workpiece without oxidation.
5.Using radiant tube, make the atmosphere protection does not damage the heating elements.
6.Using cylinder driving structure, the front vestibule door,insulated door,lifting table can handle it quickly and securely when an accident or a power failure occurs.
7.Using the carbon microcomputer and zirconia probe to monitor and control carbon potential of furnace inside, high-precision, quality of heat treatment product is stable and reliable.
8.Compared to common heat treatment furnace that use the contactor switch ,using SCR adjustable dynamometer and PID continuous control output power, high temperature control precision , good stability, avoiding the impact to radiant tube and power grid.
9.Using step-down isolation transformer, radiant tube operates at low voltages, long service life.
