Large Load Capacity Non-oxidation Spheroidizing Heat Treatment Electric Oven for Steel
Brief:
This sealed box type non-oxidation spheroidizing annealing furnace production line is newly designed and manufactured by our company, mainly used for non-oxidation spheroidizing annealing.
Application field:
1.Bearing roller, bearing ring and hot forgings(Heat treatment materials ,such as Cr15,GCr15SiMn,bar and wire rod materials);
2.Copper bar, copper pipe and copper wire;
3.Aluminium alloy and magnesium alloy.
Structure:
This production line mainly consist of heating furnace, nitrogen making machine and electric control system.
The heating furnace body including furnace shell, furnace lining,furnace inside walking device, furnace inside hot air circulation device, sealed radiant heater, furnace door hoisting appliance, furnace door cylinder pressure and silicone rubber sealing device, driving device of furnace inside bearing vehicle.,etc.
Advantages:
1.The whole heat treatment process is operated by PLC automatically, easy to operation, saving labor costs;
2.Using the protective atmosphere, ensure that the heat treatment material is bright and no oxidation.
