Pit Type Vacuum Carburizing Furnace
Brief
RQ3 series pit type vacuum carburizing furnace is new type and energy-saving batch type furnace,working temperature is 950℃,mainly used for rod and long axis steel mechanical parts for gas carburizing,the workpiece is vertically loaded in furnace tank,not easy to deformation.
Structure
RQ3 series pit carburizing furnaceis mainly composed of furnace shell, furnace lining, heating device, muffle tank, loading frame, the furnace cover, and furnace cover lifting mechanism, etc. Furnace body is cylindrical deep well, workpiece is vetically loaded in furnace tank for heating,Pit type furnace is usually placed under the ground plane in the workshop, also is placed above the ground plane, or ground level fluctuation in each half.
This series can also be used for machine parts for quenching, tempering, annealing, normalizing, carburizing and carbonitriding heat treatment.etc, Electric or gas can be used for heating, if electricity is used as heat source, known as well type resistance furnace.
