Bogie-hearth vacuum hardening furnace
Brief
RT series bogie-hearth vacuum hardening furnace is the national standard energy-saving heat treatment furnace, using the following heat treatment processes: quenching, tempering, normalizing and other heat treatment. This series furnace can be divided into large and small bogie hearth resistance furnace.
Application field
Mainly used for the following metal mechanical parts:
Large and medium-sized high chrome;
High manganese steel casting, gray iron castings, nodular cast iron, roller;
Steel ball;
Hammerhead of the crusher;
Wear-resisting liners;
Pressure vessel;
Slewing bearing;
Large axial;
Mould material.
Structure
This furnace consist offurnace shell, furnace linings ,furnace door, door hoisting appliance, heating element, bogie and driving mechanism, sealing mechanism, intelligent electrical control system, etc.
Advantages
1.Large loading capacity, strong heat treatment ability, high efficiency and low operation cost;
2.The furnace linings is made of the complete fiber structure, compared to thebrick furnace chamber, effectivelyimprove the performance of heat preservation.;
3.For the small and medium size furnace, no need to installation basic foundation, integration of rail, can be used on a level ground.
4.Large -scale electric furnace adopts multiple district heating, in order to improve the temperature uniformity, the heating elements are installed at the furnace door, backwall and bogie, high-power electric furnace, equipped with multi automatic temperature control cabinet, respectively for district heating automatic temperature control;
5.The operation of the furnace door and bogie is fully automatic control. Each electric box is equipped with several pieces ofinstrument and automatic observer which can provide the controlling of the furnace temperature, automatic recording, over temperature automatic power-off protection and so on.
