Well type annular annealing furnace
Brief:
Ring hearth furnaceis new type and energy-saving batch type furnace.Mainly used for large annular metal parts for hardening and tempering, annealing.,etc.
Structure:
This furnace is mainly composed of furnace shell, furnace lining, lifting mechanism and furnace cover, heating device and electric control system.,etc.

1.Furnace shell is frame structure, is made of steel and steel plate welded;
2.Furnace cover supporting is channel steel and rail, formed combination of mobile structure;
2.Using the new environment-friendly multiple furnace lining, excellent in temperature protection effect, more efficient than other furnace;

Microcomputer intelligent instrument control, to handle power adjusting and pressure regulating by silicon controlled parts,complete heating, heat preservation, cooling and other process engineering automatically, the temperature control is precise, stable and reliable. Can use the programming control to storage the record the in-real time, also have functions of group control and network.
