Enamel copper coil pressure Solar water heater tank
1. Inner tank: Enameled steel BTC340R;
2. Outer tank: Galvanized steel;
3. Insulation: Polyurethane 45-55mm;
4. Inlet/Outlet size: 3/4″;
5. Exchange coil is Ø16mm* 1.0mm in thickness; Enameled steel pipe
6. The electric heater, P/T valve, Check valve, Magnesium bar are included in the water tanks;
7. The working pressure of the water tanks is 0.6MPa
Type of tank:
- Pressurized, vertical or horizontal, working pressure up to 0.85 MPa / 8bar.
- Split, separated water tank
- Balcony, Integrated water tank
- Roof stand water tank
- Ground stand water tank
The heat exchanger:
-cooper coil type (also called heat exchanger), one coil or double coils (first choice is for the high latitude places)
-Non-cooper coil type (first choice is for the low latitude places)
The hot water storage tank can work standalone, but their two most common installations is working with the two alternative energy sources Solar Collector and Heat Pump with the back-up devices:
-electric heating,
-gas boiler.
New Technology - Water storage tanks are adapted to the advanced technology of vitreous enamel inner tank – XNE Enamel Blue Inner Liner, which fuses to solid steel at about 900°C. The result is a smooth and tough surface that effectively resist the corrosive attacks of hot water chemicals, thus ensuring a long life span of water tank, especially suitable for the areas of hard water.

Electric Element: from Japanese company Kawai.
