Testing the rheological properties of raw materials for different customers, we obtain parametric curves of various raw materials by fitting the date. We stimulate the material aped and pressure in die head by TESTAS to design the optimal die head flow model and to simulate the cooling temperature field and cooling deformation, which can make the cooling system more efficiency.
