Window&Door System Design
Zonfa Trinity provides professional window and door system design and stimulation according to customers, individual requirements. Trinity uses proffessional software to analyze windows strength and thermal performance to guarantee the rationality of the profiles. It provides reliable, detailed basis.
Technical Design and Analysis
Zonfa Trinity designs moulds through stimulation software to check best solution to ensure the best quality products for clients. Testing the rheological properties of raw materials for different customers, we obtain parametric curves of various raw materials by fitting the data. We stimulate the material speed and preassure in die head bty TESTAS to design the optimal die head flow model and to stimulate the cooling temperature field and cooling deformation, which can make the cooling system more efficiency.

Tuning
Zonfa Trinity has a global top-ranking tooling tuning centre, equipped with 6 most advanced extrusion machinery such as KRAUSSMAFFEI, CINCINNATI, THEYSOHN and WEBER etc, and 4 domestic high speed extrusion lines which can simulate various customers' process situation to tune toolings and production verify. The abundant tuning parameters in Trinity database canbe used for scientific reference and instruct.
Quality Control
Zonfa Trinity imports global advanced inspect equipment such as Mitutoyo 3D inspector, INOEX profile projector, Mitutoyo profile projector, Byk color difference meter, Byk gloss meter, Metallographic analyzer, Dantsin digital display two-dimensional measurement system and Carbon analyzer,etc.
With high-tech inspect facility and strict quality management system, Zonfa Trinity makes almost perfect product that are ready to be delivered, and ensures products installed and tuned high efficiently, fast and low consumption at customers' sites.
After inspection the moulds are packed in wooden cases.
