Dongguan Yongfei Hardware Products Co., Ltd. more than 120 CNC lathe machine, 300 auto lathe machine, 300 processing machine such as drilling, milling, knurling, grinding, ultrasonic washing machine etc. The max diameter we can do with our machines are 80cm while the tolerance can be as accurate as 0.001mm. In order to ensure the quality, we are also equipped with wide range of inspection machines such as the 2.5 dimension detector, projection detector, roughness tester, salt spray tester, profilometer, tensile tester, hardness tester, flow meter and other advanced quality checking equipment.

Factory Show
Our Factory covers an area of over 15000 meter square. 8S management has been full implemented within Yongfei. All the departments in the factory are clean and tidy. Because of our fast development, we plan to find much larger space to build our factory within 3 years, then we will build the most advanced workshop and production line in the world.
Certificates
Yongfei Hardware has been qualified with the ISO 9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environment management system since the year 2005. All the production processes in the factory are following the guideline of ISO system. Recently, Yongfei is preparing apply for the TS16949 certificate which will lead our management to a new level. Last, all all raw material are complied to ROHS with no harm to people.

The sales revenue was 35million USD for last year. Yongfei’s customer covers every corner in the world such USA, Europe, Japan, Korea, Singapore and so on. We are the long term suppliers for company like Amphenol, Danfoss, CMT, Well Shin, China First Union, Bossard, TR fastenings, COPRECI etc.
Payment
Currently, we can accpet T/T and Western Union as paymment method. As a new customer, we can do T/T 30percent when place the order and 70percent when the order is ready to ship. But after several transactions without problem, we can do credit 1 month or more.
