Continuous Spray Sterilizing MachineReliable Performance and Stable Operation
Introduction
The machine adopts multi-section processing mode such hot water circulating spray sterilization, warm water pre-heating and cold water cooling. The sterilizing temperature and time can be freely adjusted. It is suitable for pasteurization of beverages packed by various pop cans, PET bottles and glass bottles.
Working Principle
The can or bottle after sealing is conveyed by the conveyor belt into the inside of the channel type pasteurizer. In all temperature areas inside the pasteurizer, the temperature of the product is precisely adjusted. When passing through the channel, the vessel is sprayed by water of different temperature, that is, the pre-heating section, heating section (sterilizing section) and cooling section. The gradual heating at the front of the sterilizer and the gradual cooling at the rear are very important. In this way, the taste loss that may be caused by overheating is prevented, and the bottle breaking comes of by sudden change of heat stress of vessel is avoided. In the channel type pasteurizer, our company normally adopts the spray nozzle system(a large-sized spray nozzle is installed, and hot water will be sprayed onto the vessel through the spray nozzle), maintained at different temperatures for different process requirements by a certain time, then sent to the transmission.
