UHT tube sterilizer machine for yogurt :
The multi-pipe UHT pasteurizer adopts flat, horizontal and helical sleeve pipes and its heat-transferring coefficient is close to the plate-type ones. However, it features with higher-pressure proof and easier access for cleaning.
The milk is pumped into heat exchanger and homogenized after its temperature is raised to 65 to 70 . After homogenization, the milk is heated to 90 for protein stabilizing, and the temperature will reach 120 to 137 for UHT sterilizing. Finally, the milk is cooled to 4 25 and prepared for filling station.
The pipe pasteurizer's structure is unique, it is convenient to put and dismantle, and few air-tight ones, the cost of upkeep is extremely low. The higher velocity of flow delays forming the dirt, while reducing the wash in the sleeve pipe.
It uses PLC control and changed control systems from the equipment washing, disinfect treatment to supplies. Temperature control system adopts import ones. This system meets the customer's designing requires.
