C.The Final Product
Product mode: Coil to coil
Product use: For hot dip galvanizing & Al steel coils.
Protection of layer: Spraying passivation, electrolytic oiling
It is used to dip the raw metal after surface pretreating, into liquid metal or alloy, which owns low melt point, during the process, the metal could get a protection layer, especially, the coated layer can form a metallurgy alloy with basic metal. The raw metal is always low carbon steel; Alloy steel, cast iron, stainless steel. For coating melted metal, we always adopt zinc, aluminum, lead, tin or nonferrous, among these, zinc is most popular uses, for largely output, various specifies and widely uses.
