1) Highly automated entry and exit sections that ensure effcient coil handling.
2) Vertical or horizontal strip accumulators.
3) Acid pre-cleaning sections.
4) Elevating pots are also available for use with fixed furnace snouts.
5) Closed-loop coating weight gauges for controlling coating thinknesses.
6) Dip, spray and coater-type passivating systems, including resin coaters.
7) Tension-levelling sections and skin pass mills.
Galvanized Production Line
1) We are Specialized in continous hot-dip galvanizing equipment design and production, arrangements, installation and testing.
2)The hot-dip galvanizing production line is a kind of unitary production line which can pay off, heat treatment anneal, surface treatment, hot dip galvanize and take up.
3)The acid washing of surface treatment is full sealed that prevent acid fog volatilizing, and it saves the acid quantity as well as improve plant environment.
4) The galvanized vessel of galvanizing furnace adopts heat-proof ceramic galvanized vessel, which has the specialities of high corrosion resistance and long service life.
5)The payoff equipment can adopt payoff swift or steel bobbin to set out, and the take-up equipment can adopt horizontal type or vertical type to take up, so that user can choose either according to respective technology condition.
