The main technical characteristics for grape stemming and crushing machine are: 1. Removing the grape stem, 2. Smashing grape grains, 3. Transporting grape pulps by the machine’s mobile single screw. This grape stemming and crushing machine is equipped with stepless feeding screw which can make quantitative feeding come true. The rotate speed of stemming device for grape stemming and crushing machine can be adjusted according to different kind of grapes, grape stemming and crushing machine has a strong adaptability for every grape variety. Rapid operated crushing plant, easy to control. The smashing roller is made of non-toxic high elastic rubber which is harmless for grape grains. After smashing process, the crushed grapes will be conveyed by screw pump to the fermentation tank, delivery height is 10 meters and horizontal distance is about 80 meters. The whole grape stemming and crushing machine, the parts which direct contacting with fruits and exposed parts are all made of high quality stainless steels. Aperture for turn sieve can be customized according to grape variety and grain size, customers should provide the maximum and minimum size for grape grain when they ready to order.
