Building process:
1.R&D: we support customer’s research & development. Make & Improve the design as your requirements.
2.Negotiation: Mould steel type, Quality, Price, Payment terms, Delivery time etc.
3.Place Order: According to your own part & mould design or we make both send to customer confirm!
4.Mould Machining: Do the moulds wholly according to what’s both party agreed.
After T1 we send both molded samples & test video for customer to confirm the moulds.
5.Samples: The T1 samples only for reference, if there are any changes, we’ll following it.
6.Delivery: By Sea or Air, depends on customer.
7.Documents: when all the documents available will send to customer ASAP by DHL.
