Production Introduction
The filling line specially produce 5gallons barreled drinking water ,those types (barrels/hour)are 100type,150type,200type,300type,450type,600type,900type,1200type.It integrates bottle washer,filler and sealer into one unit. In order to acheive the purpose of multiple injections of washing and sterilizing by mrans of liquid washing and bleaching are used in bottle washer,washing solution can be used circulary.The sealer can seal barrel caps automatically. The sealer can seal barrel caps automatically.
This line equips with water spraying device to sterilize capes of bottles in order to ensure those caps are aseptic and healthy,also this line can automatically carry out barrel feeding,washing,sterilizing,filling,caping,counting and products discharging.It is a new kind of barreled water auto-producing line,Whinch integrates mechansim,electricity and pneumatics technologies together.
