SW –2000 Wireless weighing indicator
Product Introduction
SW - 2000 type on-site installation type controller and panel installation type controller ,both using microprocessor, dealing with the weighing sensor signal belt speed signal, calculation flow of material and the accumulative amount, showing result value on the indicator. It is Widely usd for the electric power, coal, metallurgy, mine, port, chemical industry, building materials industries.

- Suitable for constant feeder, batching belt scale, electronic measuring belt, belt speed detection device, etc
- Using DCS can realize the remote control operation
- 2 screen type LCD and VFD , divided into embedded and wall-mounted specifications in order to adapt different environment
- Automatic correction of zero, the weight of belt and belt speed, the cumulative amount.
- Using full digital input set mode and parameters, system with functions of physical objects and simulation calibration
- A fault tips, the weight of fault signal selection and outage alarm function
- Characteristics of signal acquisition, error correction, state judgment, run shows, PID control, DCS communication and other functions
- Data storage used the FLASH mode, when the system is powered off automatically save all kinds of process data, after power on again, keep in the original process parameters on the run
- Instrument used a highly reliable device, at the same time, combined with advanced anti-interference technology, the electrostatic, spark, electromagnetic interference, etc have very high resistance ability
