The main properties:
1. The hardness after 1.2379 tool steel annealing Less than or equal 255 HBS.
2. 1.2379 tool steel has a higher strength and toughness, wear resistance than Cr12MoV tool steel.
3. 1.2379 tool steel is a high carbon and high chromium cold work die steel.
Application:
1. 1.2379 tool steel is used in wear stamping die.
2. 1.2379 tool steel is used in deep die of cold extrusion die.
3. 1.2379 tool steel is used for making high precision,Cold squeezing mold.
4. The other use of mold.

3.Blaniking and punching tools,wood working tools,shear blades for cutting light gauge material,thread rolling dies,drawing,deep drawing,pressure pads and highly wear-resistant plastic moulds.
