Our vacuum painting chamber has a wide range size from chamber to room, and with temperature from RT to 500C,simulating different environment conditions as : high temperature aging, ventilator aging, high temperature oven, high temperature & vacuum, high temperature with nitrogen,etc,to meet your different test requirements.
1. Laboratory Muffle Furnace /Details:
1 High temperature aging test room
For testing big size samples such as vehicles.
Dimension can be customed.
Temperature from RT to 80°c; 80°c to 150°c is optional
Temperature rising velocity: 1.0 to 3.0°c/min
2 Ventilator aging cabinet
For cable or wires aging test
Dimension can be customed
Temperature from RT to 200°c; 300°c is optional
Air ventilation velocity: 0 to 200 times/h,adjustable
Rotating velocity of sampl shelf : 5 to 10 RPM
3 High temperature oven
Dimension can be customed
Temperature from RT to 200°c; 300°c to 500°c is optional
Temperature rising velocity: from RT to 200 °c , needs about 35mins
Viewing window: one window if temperature RT to 200 °c
4 High temperature vacuum cabinet
Dimension can be customed
Combined with vacuum condition, can finish low air pressure test
Temperature from RT to 200°c; 300°c to 500°c is optional
5 Nitrogen high temperature cabinet
Dimension can be customed
Combined with nitrogen, as a inert gases to protect your sample
Temperature from RT to 200°c; 300°c to 500°c is optional
Temperature rising velocity: from RT to 200 °c , needs about 35mins
Viewing window: one window if temperature RT to 200 °c
6 High temperature Furnace
Dimension can be customed
Temperature from RT to 1300°c
