Product Description
1. Crushing and Pre-homogenizing:
Most of the raw materials, like limestone, clay, iron ores, and coal, should be crushed before their pre-homogenization. Limestone is the primary material in this line, and due to its large particle size and high hardness, its good crushing plays an important role in the whole line. Special stacking and reclaiming technology has been used in the pre-homogenizing process so that raw materials can be better primarily homogenized.
2. Raw Meal (raw material) Preparing:
Since the raw meal grinding work takes up more than 30% labor force in the whole dry process cement production line, it is quite important to choose appropriate grinding equipment and technological process so that high-quality products can be obtained.
3. Raw Meal Homogenizing:
The raw meal homogenization is a key factor for stable clinker calcination.
4. Preheating and Decomposing:
The preheater is used to preheat as well as decompose raw meal. So the length of the rotary kiln is effectively shortened. And the raw meal can fully exchange heat with the hot gases from the kiln. Because of its rapid and high-efficiency heat transfer, the production efficiency and heat consumption of this production line are greatly improved.
5.Clinker Calcining:
After its preheating and pre-decomposing, the raw meal will be calcined in the rotary kiln, where the generated carbonate will be further decomposed. Meanwhile, a series of solid phase reactions will take place.
6.Clinker Cooling
the high tempreture clinker from rotary kiln, after cooling by cooling machine, is transported to the next process:storage and cement grinding machine.
7. Cement Grinding:
As the last process, the cement grinding will consume a great deal of electricity. And in this process, special size granule cement will be obtained.
8. Cement Packaging:
The cement can be transported in bulk or in bags.

Attention
1.We should install the machine under shelter from rain and do not put it in the open air directly.
2.Electric motor should be installed in the rear of the crusher and the direction of rotation should be consistent
with the crusher. Reverse is forbidden.
3.The machine has six ground screws fixed on the concrete flood. The foundation need a place left for
discharging the ore stone and the scope is not less than 50°. The base form should be decided by the users
according the model of the feeder and transportation facilities.
4.Before debugging the equipment, we should tighten the screws and connect parts and check the lubrication
conditions.
5.After launching, the machine should reach normal speed before feeding. The material should be inserted
from the front and do not from the side in case of overload caused the accident.
6.Feeding must be stopped before stopping the machine. Only all the material have been broken is spit out
entirely, stopping working is available.
Q:Payment
A:30% by TT as deposit on signing the contract, 70% by as final payment of balance after the client’s satisfactory inspection of the equipment prior to the goods leaving the factory.
Q: What about Warranty? what will we do if the machine is broken down
A: The warranty period for all of structural and mechanical equipment is one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is half one year. Wear parts are not covered by warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
