Introduction of 3 layer round vibrating screen :
YK series of vibrating screen is a high efficiency vibrating screen produced by our company introduction of German technology .They have the features of strong excitation ,simple structure ,easy maintenance ;flexible connection ,smooth transport ,high screening efficiency ,large handling capacity ,long life span ,low power consumption and low noise .This series of linear vibration sieve machine are widely used in sand production line ,the screening classification of the materials from the gravel plant and stones factory .
Operation principle of 3 layer round vibrating screen :
The motor make the exciter eccentric producing high-speed rotation through the triangle belt .The operation of the eccentric produce great centrifugal force ,exciting the screen box to do a certain amplitude circular motion .The materials on the sieve get the impulse from the screen box on the inclined screen surface to do continuous casting movement .During the process of encounter between materials and screen surface ,the granule smaller than the sieve will go through the sieve to achieve classification .

Q:Payment
A:30% by TT as deposit on signing the contract, 70% by as final payment of balance after the client’s satisfactory inspection of the equipment prior to the goods leaving the factory.
Q: What about Warranty? what will we do if the machine is broken down
A: The warranty period for all of structural and mechanical equipment is one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is half one year. Wear parts are not covered by warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
