Building Materials Hammer Crusher Operating principle:
The motor drives the rotor of the Stone hammer crusher rotate at a high speed through the belt. The materials are sent to the entrance of the hammer crusher. They are crushed by the high speed hammer from blowing, impacting, cutting and grinding. Below the rotor, there sieves, the the little size among the crushing products can be discharged through the sieve. The large size products are brought into the crushing area by the hammer from blowing, grinding until they reached the required size. At last, they are discharged through the sieve.

Attention
1, Crusher must be started without load.
2,The machine should be installed under shelter from rain and mustn't be put in the open air directly.
3,Electric motor should be installed in the rear of the crusher and the direction of rotation should be consistent with the crusher. Reverse is forbidden.
4,For the convenient transportation of the crude material , inputing or outputing materials had better use mechanized transport equipment.
5,Before debugging the equipment, we should tighten the screws and connect parts and check the lubrication conditions.
6,Feeding must be stopped before stopping the machine. Only all the material have been broken is spit out entirely, stopping working is available.
Q:Payment
A:30% by TT as deposit on signing the contract, 70% by as final payment of balance after the client’s satisfactory inspection of the equipment prior to the goods leaving the factory.
Q: What about Warranty? what will we do if the machine is broken down
A: The warranty period for all of structural and mechanical equipment is one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is half one year. Wear parts are not covered by warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
