Production Description

Solvent extraction: Oil  extracting method  is  to immerse the oil seed flake,  pre-pressing  cake or  puffed  material

mill.Evaporate the solvent and separate from oil based on evaporation and stripping of the mixed oil. Thus we get  the 

crude oil. Solid  meal after extracting contains  a certain amount of solvent. Get  the product  meal after desolventizing.

The solvent  vapor  from wet meal desolventizing,  mixed oil  evaporation and  stripping  and out of  other equipments 

require recovery pass through condensation, paraffin oil absorption.The recovered solvent recycling.

Oil refining: Workshop is to the high grade cooking oil from crude oil through the hydration degumming,continuous
