Service sessions can be held at either customer facilities or at Shenghui facilities. In addition, wide training (including theoretical and practical issues) can be conducted at our place.

§ Providing all possible options on Shenghui’sgv equipment maintenance;
§ Investigating any potential or real failures.

§ Renew the control system or other component product elements;
§ Repair company products.
Within the warranty period, what do we do?
If upon investigating the origin of a product failure, our experts detect any production defects, changes will be made free-of-charge as discussed and agreed upon with the corresponding managers.
After the warranty period has ended, what do we do?
Even in this situation, our long-standing client relationships allow us to offer various types of discounts.
For instance, we may adjust and repair products similar to ours but those which are produced by other companies (Customers must provide the necessary documentation in such situations). Support can be provided via:
