Y2 series (IP54) three-phase asynchronous motor Brief introduction of the enterprise

Y2 series (IP54) three-phase asynchronous motor is the latest three-phase asynchronous motor developed by finalizing the advanced experiences from international developed countries, various properties have reached the international advanced standard I 1990.The performing standards are conformed to JB/T8680-2008 Y2 series (IP54) three-phase asynchronous motor’s technical conditions

For Y2 series (IP54) three-phase asynchronous motor the frame number is 63-315 total 14 frame numbers, the electrode reach 2,4,8,10, power from0.12 to 200km, totally 104 specifications.

At present we produced 82 specifications, from frame number 63-280, the number of electrode range include 2,4,6,8 and power range from 0.12 to 200km.

(1)Characteristics of Y2 series (IP54) three-phase asynchronous motor:

1, High standardization and universal of this series, the install size is basically similar to Y series motor in the same specification. The standard parts and fasteners are choosed according to relevant national standards.

2, Y2 series (IP54) electrical motor adopts special exterior design—paralles & vertical radiate slices, this design not only increased radiate surface but also strengthened the electric motor’s beautification.

3, Y2 series (IP54) motor insulation degree is F grade, but for the temperature rise, we still use B grade standard, those increase both reliability and exterd.

4, Y2 series (IP54) motor has low vibrancy and low noise.

5, Y2 series (IP54) motor has the maximum efficiency, while the loading rate at about 75%.

(2)Y2 series (IP54) three-phase asynchronous motor’s application conditions:

1, The ambient temperature shouldn’t surpass 40°C, and not lower than -15°C.

2, Average maximum relative humidity should not be over 90% per month. The average temperature within a month should not be over 25°C.

3, Elevation shouldn’t surpass 1000 metres.

4, Rating frequency is 50HZ.

5, Rating voltage is 380V.

6, Work system is S (continuing system)

7, Cooling mode is ICO14 (fan cooling)

8, Connection method: For those that the power is lower that 3kw (4hp) adopt “Y” connection, and for those that the power is higher that 4kw (5.5Hp) adopt: triangle connection.
