1. What is the lead time for a Shendiao machine?
For regular model it is app. 2 weeks, for custom-built model, it need more days.
2. Is the set-up complicated? Will I need a professional installer?
No. All our models come with step-by-step assembly manuals and can be assembled within 2 hours (depending on the model) by anyone with basic manual skills. The operation manual will help you start on the same day when you set up machine. Although not necessary, installation and training can also be performed by a Shendiao technician at an additional charge.

1. 12 Months for Machine
2. 6 Months for laser tube, lens and mirror
3. 6 Months for equipments outside, such as water pump, fan, air pump,etc.
