Brief Introduction
This epoxy cast resin is made from epoxy resin, hardener and filler presented in two-component form.
Component A and B is 100 and 25 by weight when mixed for using.
This product cures at room temperature, and its heat-resistant grade is B. It has gained UL certification (E229550) and complied with the RoHS requirement.
Component A (resin part) is black, and we could provide colors like red and other deep colors as customers’ need.
Features
Good manufacturability and insulation property, low shrinkage, shining appearance of condensate and excellent crack resistance.
Application/Use
Embedding, casting and potting for electronic components, motor and apparatus coils. For example: small transformer and instrument transformer coils, capacitor, ignition coils of autocycle and auto etc.

How to use
- Mix component A and B with a proportion of 100/25 by weight at room temperature.
- Embedding
- Baking: cure at 23°C for 12 hours.
