Fast Dry Epoxy Immersion Resin R-301

Brief Introduction

R-301 is a two-component immersion resin which is formed by epoxy resin, curing agent and thinner. Component A/B is 1/1 by weight ratio. It’s heat-resistant grade is B (130°C). R-301 corresponds the RoHS environmental protection requirement.

Features

Good impregnating property, low curing temperature, fast dry, bright and flexible film, excellent insulating property, moisture and rust resisting.

Application

This paint is fit for the continuous dipping technology and fast-dry dipping insulating operat of small-scale motor and coil, like fan motor, electric tool motor(stator), air-condition motor and water pump motor etc.
