Brief Introduction
A slewing drive is also called slewing gear drive or slewing reducer or sewing speed reducer, etc. It is typically used in aerospace area, solar power systems, wind turbines, satellite broadcasting system, and engineering machinery like truck cranes, and man lifts, etc. Recently years, it has been prosperously used in photovoltaic power generation systems.
When a slewing drive is used in solar energy industry, users have to choose an ideal one according to the actual area of solar panels. Broadly speaking, 3 inch slewing drive is suitable for solar power system coming with 3- 5 m2 solar panel, 7 inch for 10-17 m2 solar panel, 9 inch for 18-30 m2, 12 inch for 31-45 m2, and 14 inch for 46-60 m2. A slewing drive is usually composed of a slewing ring, worm, casting housing, and standard components like bearing and bolts, etc. While used in photovoltaic power generation system, the slewing drive is usually used in combination with DC planetary speed reducer motor and AC speed reducer motor. While used in engineering equipment, it is regularly used in combination with hydraulic motor to function as power driving system.

Sammie: You can pay via T/T(30%+70%), L/C , WEST UNION , etc. |
Q2: How can you guarantee the quality? |
Sammie: One year's warranty against B/L date. If you meet with quality problem, please send us pictures or video to check, we promise to send spare parts or new products to replace. Our guarantee not include inappropriate operation or wrong specification selection. |
Q3: How we select models and specifications? |
Sammie: You can email us the series code (for example: 3 inch dual axis slewing drive) as well as requirement details, such as motor power, output speed or ratio, service factor or your application...as much data as possible. If you can supply some pictures or drawings, it is nice. |
Q4: If we don't find what we want on your website, what should we do? |
Sammie : We offer three options: 1, You can email us the pictures, drawings or descriptions details. We will try to design your products on the basis of our standard models. 2, Our R&D department is professional for OEM/ODM products by drawing/samples, you can send us samples, we do customized design for your bulk purchasing. 3, We can develop new products if they have good market. We have already developed many items for special using successful, such as special gearbox for agitator, cement conveyor, shoes machines and so on. |
Q5: Can we buy 1 pc of each item for quality testing? |
Sammie : Yes, we are glad to accept trial order for quality testing |
Q6: How about your product delivery time? |
Sammie : Normally it takes 15 days for a trial order. And for large quantity orders, it is 40 days. |
