Snoring Stop Mouth Guard, Anti Snore Night Guard

Using instruction 

1. Place mouth guard in hot water for 13 seconds(11 seconds if you wear braces).
2. Carefully place mouth guard around all upper teeth. Bite down firmly. Use fingers to press mouth guard tight against your gums.
3. Rinse under cold water for seconds to set.
4. If you do not get a proper fit the first time,repeat procedure.
5. To remove excess material that ,you can trum your mouth guard with a small scissors.
